“Trying numerous diets, I had struggled with my weight for many years. In early 2013, my doctor strongly recommended I lose weight. We also agreed I should consult with a Registered Dietitian, and after meeting with Rachel in May 2013, I decided to work with her. Helping me understand so much about nutrition, she taught me about successful eating habits and setting realistic goals. By the end of 2013, I had lost 85 pounds, dropping from a size 46 waist to a size 32, and felt considerably better. I am convinced that my healthier lifestyle, successful weight loss, and other changes contributing to my overall health would not have happened without Rachel’s guidance and inspiration.”
“Finding Rachel was truly the BEST thing that ever happened to me!!! Rachel’s dietary knowledge and advice helped me to lose 69 lbs! I only wish I had found her years ago! I now feel confident and in control…what a beautiful feeling that is!!! Rachel is truly my angel and I will forever be grateful!!!!”
“Rachel helps our patients understand that healthy eating does not require a starvation diet. She helps them learn to make healthy choices, enjoy mealtime and get back on the path to health. ”
After graduation, Rachel spent six years as the dietitian for Northside Hospital’s Weight Reduction Clinic. She also provided individual nutrition consultations, which addressed a variety of medical conditions.
